Key Responsibilities
As a Partnerships Manager at NineID, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our partner relationships, from identification and recruitment to onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management. This includes:
- Partnership Strategy & Identification: Developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners (e.g., system integrators, technology partners, resellers) that align with NineID's growth objectives.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, fostering mutual trust and collaboration.
- Partner Enablement: Developing and delivering training programs, sales tools, marketing collateral, and technical resources to empower partners to effectively sell, implement, and support NineID solutions.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborating with partners to develop joint business plans, define shared goals, and establish clear metrics for success.
- Pipeline Generation: Working closely with partners to identify and drive new sales opportunities, supporting them through the sales cycle where needed.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitoring and analyzing partner performance meticulously against established KPIs and key business metrics. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement proactive strategies to optimize partner productivity, drive revenue contribution, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices related to partner ecosystems.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partner success, align strategies, and integrate partner feedback into product development.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating partnership agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Skills & Competencies
Requirements
- Demonstrable and significant track record of success in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in the software or security industry, with a demonstrable understanding of and experience in managing partner KPIs and business metrics.
- Proven experience in identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling strategic partners.
- Strong understanding of channel sales processes and partner program methodologies.
- Ability to work in tandem with partners to achieve and surpass shared business goals and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within partner organizations.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
- Fluency in English (and German/French/Dutch is a plus).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

- Existing network of potential partners in relevant sectors: manufacturing industries (particularly in chemical, pharma, F&B, logistics & ports, and aerospace & defense).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in analyzing partner performance data and deriving actionable insights to optimize program effectiveness and achieve KPI targets.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud-based partnerships.
- Knowledge of access management, identity verification, or cybersecurity.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
