Unlock the Value of Automated Gate Access
Pre-verifying every contractor, visitor, and driver before they arrive eliminates turnstile queues and gate paperwork. Enter your site volumes below to see how much time, capacity, and cost automated gate access saves your organization each year.
Your arrivals
Enter each volume in the period you track it in, for one average site. The minutes are our own estimates from customer sites and research, so replace them if you track your own.
| Who arrives | Volume unique Count unique companies and people, not every gate movement. Returning visitors who are already cleared are not checked again by hand, so they add no extra admin time. | Period The window those unique arrivals fall in: a day, a week, a month or a year. Per-day volumes are annualised over 250 operating days. | Minutes each How long one arrival of this type takes your team today, from arrival at the gate to being cleared. Replace the defaults if you track your own. |

| Indirect: contractor time you pay for Contractors lose time to the same forms and the same queue. We price it at your admin rate, not their billed rate, which understates it. Part of it reaches you as invoiced waiting time and the rest sits inside their day rates. | ||

FAQs
How the estimate is built,
and what it deliberately leaves out.
How is the estimate calculated?
Your volume per profile is annualised (a per-day figure over 250 operating days), multiplied by the sites in scope and by the minutes each arrival takes today. We subtract 5% of arrivals as exceptions that still need a manual check, then convert to hours, full-time equivalents and, if you enter an hourly cost, money.
Why is contractor time counted separately?
Contractors lose time to the same forms and the same queue. We price those hours at your administrative rate rather than their billed rate, which understates them. Much of it returns to you as invoiced waiting time and the rest sits inside day rates, so it belongs in the total rather than in a footnote.
Is this a guaranteed saving?
No. Every figure is an estimate derived from the inputs you enter, not a measured result. It is useful for sizing the opportunity before a conversation. For named, verified outcomes see our customer stories.
