Which identity documents can 9ID process?
The identity task covers ID cards, passports, residence permits, and driver's licences. For two sided cards both the front and the back are required, and the back is unlocked once the front has been confirmed. Single sided documents such as passports follow a different flow.
Which social security documents does the agent check?
The pipeline processes the files Belgian rules turn on, including Dimona declarations, Limosa notifications, A1 certificates, Bijlage 3, residence permits, proof of independence, and Limosa exception declarations. Which document applies depends on whether the company is Belgian, whether the worker is from the EEA, and whether they are self employed.
What happens when a document is flagged?
The person sees the reason in plain language, for example an expired document, a name that does not match the verification context, or a document type that is not accepted for that field. They can upload a different file, or continue and submit the document for review.
Can someone still enter the site with a flagged document?
No. Continuing lets the onboarding task complete so the person is not stuck, but the submission stays pending manual review and does not grant access until it has been reviewed.
What do reviewers see that the person who uploaded the file does not?
Reviewers see how the agent processed the document and the reasoning it applied. When someone continued past a flag, the review carries a banner marking that route along with the original reason, so nothing is quietly waved through.
